1. Acceptance

By using lotterysambaddaily.com ("the site") you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. Continued use after material changes (posted at this URL with a revised date and a 30-day banner on the homepage) constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. What the site is

An independent, India-based editorial mirror of officially-published state-lottery results. We do not sell tickets, do not handle claims, do not act as an intermediary, and do not charge any user fee. The site is funded by advertising impressions only. 3. Permitted use

You may:

• Read, search, share, and link to any page on the site
• Quote short factual extracts (numbers, dates, names) with attribution to "Lottery Sambad Daily"
• Download official PDFs mirrored on this site for personal reference and verification
• Use the ticket checker as many times as you want, for free

4. Not permitted

You may not:

• Scrape the site at scale for commercial republishing. Rate limits apply; persistent automated requests will be blocked.
• Pass off the content as your own. The editorial copy, layout, illustrations, and code are the intellectual property of Lottery Sambad Daily and are licensed for personal use only (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 by default; contact press@ for re-publication permission).
• Use the site to facilitate the illegal sale of lottery tickets online — this is criminal under the Lotteries (Regulation) Act, 1998. We cooperate with law enforcement on such cases.
• Misrepresent the site as government-affiliated in any communication, including social media, WhatsApp groups, or printed materials. We are independent and not endorsed.
• Submit claims to us — we do not handle claims. Submit directly to the relevant state Directorate (see how to claim).

5. Lottery participation is your responsibility

The site provides information. Decisions about whether to purchase a lottery ticket, how much to spend, or how to claim winnings are entirely yours. Participation is restricted to persons aged 18 and above, only in the 13 Indian states where it is legal (see all-India hub and disclaimer). We do not encourage, promote, or facilitate gambling.

6. Accuracy

We mirror state-government PDFs and parse every number byte-for-byte, but transcription, rendering, or caching errors are possible. If the site disagrees with the official Directorate PDF, the PDF governs for any legal purpose. We accept no liability for losses arising from reliance on incorrect data displayed on the site.

7. Third-party content

The site embeds advertisements via Google AdSense and loads typography via Google Fonts. We do not control or endorse third-party advertisements served by AdSense. Clicking an ad takes you to the advertiser's site, which has its own terms and privacy practices outside our control.

8. Intellectual property

The Lottery Sambad Daily brand, logo, editorial text, page designs, and source code are © 2026 Lottery Sambad Daily. Quoted state-government content (PDFs, brand names like "Dear Sambad", "Dear Lottery") remains the property of the respective state government and is reproduced for the public-interest mirror under the fair-dealing doctrine in Section 52 of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

9. Liability limit

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lottery Sambad Daily, its founders, contributors, and reviewers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site. This includes — but is not limited to — losses connected to lottery purchases, claim rejections, tax disputes, or financial decisions made based on information published here. If a court finds we are liable despite this clause, our aggregate liability shall not exceed ₹1,000.

10. Governing law + jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to the site or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
