If you spotted an error
Email [email protected] with:
- The page URL where you saw the error
- What's wrong (e.g. "the 6 PM ticket shows 89P 67890 but the official PDF says 89P 67891")
- The source you're checking against, ideally a link to the Directorate PDF
We confirm within 4 hours, fix within the same day, and publish the correction inline with a clear timestamp. If your report was correct and useful, we credit you by first name in the correction note (or by pseudonym if you prefer).
If you're a journalist
The editorial desk is happy to take press inquiries. We can speak to: site methodology, how we verify against the official PDF, the 13-state regulatory framework, and statistical questions about lottery participation in India (we don't have proprietary data; we cite public sources). For prize-winner stories, we redirect to the Directorate — we deliberately do not publish identifying details about winners.

What we cannot help with
- Claim processing. We are not authorised to process or facilitate claims. Submit your signed ticket directly to the relevant state Directorate (Nagaland: Kohima 797001 — see claim guide).
- Predicting numbers. Lottery draws are random by design. We do not publish or endorse number-prediction services.
- Selling tickets. We don't sell tickets. Online sale of state-lottery tickets is illegal in India. Anyone offering to sell you tickets online is breaking the law.
- Personal tax or legal advice. Our tax and claim pages are reviewed by named professionals but they are general information. For your specific situation, consult your own CA or lawyer.
