1. Not government-affiliated
Lottery Sambad Daily ("the site", "we", "us") is operated by an independent editorial team. We are not affiliated with, not endorsed by, and not authorised by the Directorate of State Lotteries, Government of Nagaland, the Government of Sikkim, the Kerala State Lotteries department, or any other state government or lottery authority.
Where this site reproduces winning numbers, draw schedules, brand names, or other lottery information, it does so as a public-interest mirror of officially-published material. The respective state's official PDF and notice board are the authoritative source.
2. The official PDF is the only legal record
If the numbers, dates, or prize amounts shown on Lottery Sambad Daily differ from the corresponding state-government PDF, the PDF governs. We mirror the PDF within 60 seconds of release and parse every number byte-for-byte, but a transcription or rendering error on our side does not create a legal claim. Always verify against the official Directorate PDF before submitting a claim.
3. Information, not advice
Tax math, claim procedures, prize structures, and other editorial content are published for general information only. They are reviewed by named subject-matter experts (Chartered Accountant for tax, Senior Advocate for legal) but they do not constitute personal legal, tax, or financial advice. For decisions involving large sums, consult a qualified professional whose advice can be tailored to your specific circumstances.
4. Legal status varies by state
State-run lotteries are legal in 13 Indian states (Nagaland, Sikkim, Kerala, West Bengal, Punjab, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Goa, Meghalaya, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Mizoram). Tickets cannot be legally sold in any other state. The online sale of Indian state-lottery tickets is not legal anywhere in India — any website claiming to sell tickets online is in breach of the Lotteries (Regulation) Act, 1998. Lottery Sambad Daily does not sell tickets, does not facilitate purchases, and does not link to any seller.
5. Age restriction
Participation in state lotteries is restricted to persons aged 18 and above under state-lottery rules. Selling to or buying for a minor is a criminal offence under the Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2010. Lottery Sambad Daily is intended for adult readers only.
6. Responsible play
Lottery participation can become harmful. If you, a family member, or a friend is experiencing financial or emotional difficulty connected to lottery participation, free professional help is available:
- NIMHANS de-addiction helpline: 080-2699-5100 (24×7, free, multiple Indian languages)
- iCALL psychosocial helpline: 9152987821 (Mon-Sat, 8 AM – 10 PM, free)
- Vandrevala Foundation helpline: 1860-2662-345 (24×7, free)
Spending more than you can afford to lose is the most common warning sign. Setting a hard monthly cap before you buy tickets — and stopping when you hit it, win or lose — is the simplest discipline that actually works.
7. Funding and editorial independence
The site is funded by Google AdSense impressions. We do not take affiliate revenue from lottery sellers, ticket resellers, claim "facilitators", or any party with a commercial interest in the outcome of lottery draws. Editorial content is not influenced by advertisers; AdSense placements are selected by Google's auction system, not by us, and are clearly labelled as advertising. 8. No warranty
While we publish in good faith and verify every number against the official PDF, the site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or fitness for any specific purpose. Use of the site is at your own discretion and risk. Where this disclaimer conflicts with our terms of use, the terms govern.
9. Corrections + contact
If you spot an error — a wrong number, a stale prize amount, a broken PDF link, anything — email [email protected] with the page URL and the specific issue. We respond within 4 hours and publish corrections inline with a clear timestamp. For other contact channels see contact.
